It’s very interesting to see the government reissue the guidelines, given they haven’t changed all that much, to HEI’s. Ultimately the advise is still to set up witch-hunt reporting stations to catch all those “nasty Muslims” while failing to recognise the undercurrent of extreme-socialist, anti-capitalist and animal welfare groups that are trying to gain more and more advocacy from fellow students on more and more “direct” action. Same old, same old I’m afraid.

Watching the Democratic debate brings to mind the certain vote of “none of the above”. What a bunch of juveniles.

Don,

I know what you mean. They have a golden chance to take out the Republicans and deliver all both houses and the White House to their supporters, yet they bicker among themselves. Makes you wish one of the older statesman had remained in the race.

Well, I blame the earlier Clinton for making it nasty. That’s what happens when you mess with the Clintons!

Though I’m glad Obama is taking it lying down. I suspect playing the underdog will win him a lot of friends going to South Carolina and Super Tuesday.

OurKingdom had a good day today, also another article here http://ourkingdom.opendemocracy.net/2008/01/22/does-britain-need-a-population-policy-by-alasdair-murray-centreforum/#comment-17613 about population control and the (lack of) need for one in relation to immigration.

There is little doubt that if Hillary is nominated and wins the Presidential Election it will really be, “Welcome Back Bill!”. There is no way that Bill Clinton will stay out of the political mix if Hillary is President. Hillary will be unable to establish any type of credibility with Congress, the Court or the American People that any action she takes is on her own initiative and not suggested or infered by her husband! She ha zero experience in real politic’s and has operated at the fringe all of her political career! She will never be able to build a base of power on her own. She is too vindictive and will spend more time trying to get ‘even’ for personal slights and derogatory remarks than she will in attempting to lead the nation. Hillary Clinton IS NOT a LEADER!!! She has no concept of personal integrity, personal ethics, a sense of humanity nor does she care! She is interested in getting elected for the political power she will have, or thinks that she will have. She has no background in Economics, Military History, Political History, Demographics and Social Iteraction and none what-so-ever in defining the real causes for the unrest in the middle east, Packistan, India nor does she understand the true threat of China!
