From Beau Bo D’or

Cost cutting Boris’ “transition team” alone costs half a million. Also now at: BorisWatch, Bob Piper and Dave Hill. Where art thou, Andrew Gilligan?

Gilligan the Evading Standards crusader is awfully silent…so much for his claim to subject Bojo to the same level of scrutiny he did Ken…

In fairness to the Standard, it was Kate Hoey who reported it on her blog.

I’d be very interested to know if the story made it to today’s issue, however.

In fairness to the Standard, I’m sure I read about this in the evening edition.

Suffice to say, Gilligan wasn’t at the press conference today.

However, to be fair to the Standard, Pippa Crerar and others did ask Boris questions related to this, although characteristically Boris didn’t seem to know anything about them (or at least appeared not to.)

Stop all this fairness to the Standard!

“Stop all this fairness to the Standard!”

Heh, we can’t have double standards. We should be duly grateful and shower the standard with fairness.

*Standard (I’m petty).

* Why did I say Kate Hoey above? I meant Pippa Crerar.

(Triple post and I’m going for a record).
