If it stacks up, I’d have thought Brad Hicks analysis was brilliant. In the sense that he makes a superb prosecution case, but what’s the defence?
I loved the quintissentially American quote, apparently from some guy called Bill Kristol, quoted in the comments:

Sorry. I wasn’t actually asking you anything. I was just saying that I thought that Brad Hicks piece was excellent and I hoped he could back it up. The rest was just comment on his comments. Good pick though!
