Met Police “assessing” #CashforCameron

The Sunday Times Insight team tweeted this last night too:

Mark Adams is the lobbyist who tipped off reporters at the Sunday Times about the potential scandal.

He said last night he asked the Met Police to investigate whether the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act was breached.

But it could get worse for them. Barrister James Vine says:

As one of Her Majesty’s Counsel, learned in the law, [the DPP's] Keir Starmer has to face up to the fact that here is a senior Tory Party official who has given a clear intimation to a potential donor, that in return for, and on condition of, the payment of a large sum of cash, that donor would be given direct access to the Prime Minister, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, and influence in the Number 10 policy committee, for an “awesome” business advantage, not enjoyed by others.

That improper performance would be effected in breach of the relevant expectation of you or me, (See sections 4 & 5 [of Bribery Act]) that political parties would not dish out favours for cash.

But will the DPP look into it? Maybe they need some pressure on them to do so…

the important thing is sarah southern and cruddas were willing to contravene british law by telling the “donors” how to pretend the money was coming from a british source rather than a liechtenstein hedge fund(they obviously didn’t know they were undercover reporters.

Months before the general election 2010 the then Anti Terror Chief Bob Quick publicly said that The Tories Are All Corrupt.

How true this has turned out to be.

Cameron and company should be arrested and charged for fraud over all the lies and deceit regarding the NHS.

This is just the tip of the ice berg and hopefully someone is going to rip open the can of worms with hard evidence that is there but needs to be investigated properly without favours.
