No. That would be “futures”.

Before I get my coat, I should say in my defence that the above is a great example of a name that doesn’t tell you anything, except that the person who wrote it is bad at grammar.

If I were inclined to split hairs I’d say we were multicultural as opposed to pluralist.

Really? I thought pluralism meant having lots of stakeholders (arrgh) in the system. So the government has to deal with powerful NGOs and so forth. In which case we’d be pluralistic and possibly multicultural, although I’ve never been sure what that means.
